Highwater is an exclusive mobile game for Netflix that really surprised me. You must to your Netflix before you can play. The game has you playing as a lone survivor in a world where everything has been flooded due to a disaster with the climate. Most of the world is submerged with some random pieces of land that now make up islands. You travel the area on a boat and go to different islands gathering resources and meeting other survivors.

The story is one of the strong parts of the game as it feels very realistic and something that could definitely happen to us. The dialogue between the characters is funny at times and never feels boring or pointless. Aside from exploring the game also features a turn-based combat system. These don't play out like typical games though, because most of the battles has specific items on the board that must be interacted with in order to actually win the battle. You can't just move and attack. It's more like a puzzle solving turn-based combat system.

The audio is amazing and by far the best part of the game. It features an exclusive radio station style with custom soundtracks. It reminds me of the radio stations in the Fallout series. I recommend you check this game out and give it a try if you have a Netflix . It is a lot of fun and will surprise you for sure.
