DOOM II is an amazing first person shooter game and a must have classic game. It was released in 1994 and is still fun even till today. Its a fast paced shooter game like DOOM 1993 which is the first game from the DOOM series. DOOM II has a very dark sense of humour and show a lot of personality as compared to DOOM 1993 ,it's fairly difficult and unforgiving. And it has a Mobile version as well which makes it better. Just like in the orginal DOOM 1993 in DOOM II we move from one level to another and with each level there are more or different kind of Demons which needs to be defeated. And we also have boss fights.And in DOOM II your final boss fight is with the ICON OF SIN ( just like Doom Eternal excluding the Ancient Gods part I and II DLC)
Graphics: The graphics are great just like DOOM 1993 and sure as some would say it's not as good as modern games graphics but you know what? The graphics are still great for its time and still now and has a nostalgic feel to it. It looks beautiful in PC version and it looks great in the mobile version.
Controls: The controls are good . But just like DOOM 1993 lacks the ability to look up and down to shoot and jump. The controls are easy to use and responsive in the PC version but it can be a unresponsive for the Mobile port.
Pros: DOOM II as compared to DOOM 1993 had larger levels , new Enemies, New super shotgun and new power ups. You can save at any point which makes its better and makes it not too much frustrating. Along with cool weapons like Super shotgun, pistols , chainsaws, Plasma gun , BFG. Along with awesome soundtracks.
Cons: This game shows a lot of Dark sense of humour which some people may not like. It doesn't have a jump button and you cannot shoot up and down. It's difficult and unforgiving. You have to do a lot of back tracking in order to progress. There was lag and a significant delay when walking or aiming online.
Overall a great game and had a blast playing it.
