I've spent quite a bit of time playing Honor of Kings (HoK), and honestly, it's one of the best mobile MOBAs out there. Tencent really nailed the formula with fast-paced gameplay, a diverse hero roster, and surprisingly deep strategy for a mobile game.
HoK offers a more polished, strategic, and visually superior experience compared to Mobile Legends (MLBB), with deeper hero mechanics, better balance, and a more refined art style.
While MLBB dominates globally, especially in Southeast Asia, HoK has a massive competitive scene in China and a fairer hero unlock system. However, MLBB is more aggressive with monetization, focusing on flashy skins and frequent events.
Personally, I prefer Honor of Kings because of its superior mechanics and balance compared to MLBB which feel kinda outdated by now.
