I am writing this 1-star review with extreme disappointment and frustration regarding the recent transfer process. The fact that the returning players did not make it to transfer their s within the specified timeframe are now facing complete data loss is utterly unacceptable and frankly, feels a betrayal of the player base. This issue is not a minor inconvenience; it represents a significant loss of progress, effort, and in many cases, real money spent on in-game purchases.
