it's because of lack of optimization and it also causes bug issues when it comes to rendering textures from different devices, it's absolutely not playable unless you bought yourself an expensive Midrange to flagship phones just to play it properly, instead of not trying to get tencent to help develop the game they used their PC knowledge only to optimize a Mobile port of the game, now that sounds quite wrong right? they basically made a mobile game without proper knowledge outside of the PC market.

people don't hate it for no reasons. you may have had a good experience, but the majority of people not. it's un unstable game wich lacks stability. well, it WAS unstable because now it's discontinued.
