Shitty game, I tried SEA version (South East Asian version) and got into higher rankings in arena after 3 months of playing.

During the 1st week of playing, I noticed that the game is way too p2w sided, a lot of the paid packs is way too OP imo. However some paid cards are a scam, for example, hyouka purify card which was supposed to give the players around 70% shield based on max HP is false, the actual value was around 7% of max HP.

Next, the previous "it takes 5" event, in 1st day, the players already complained as based on what was shown in the game info banner the players are supposed to get "Universal perfume" for every 30 pulls but instead of that we get gold shards which is bullshit because it was clearly stated that it was "universal perfume" but you know what, the game management brushed it off by saying it's "mistranslation" like what the heck??? How is that even a mistranslation? when even their social media s were also advertising the same thing? What on earth is this?

3rd, the removal of bleeding effect from a certain card then brushing it off a bug / mistranslation when it's actually not.

4th the top up rewards, this game runs a top up rewards depending on the next content that they will be published. The players are supposed to spend $1 - $50 for rewards, you cannot overspend because you'll only get 1 set of $50 pack instead of 2. But here's the thing, the rewards don't even arrive at all unless you notify their staff and the staff is crap as well, had to spend 1 month talking them just to get those rewards 😂

5th, the PVP system. Just like other feature, it sucks as well, the gameplay is simple, you will need to put 12 cards and the bot will control it instead of you however the bot is sometimes stupid.

Lastly, their management sucks as well, there's this event called "discord daily " which runs around May 1st - 30th of this year where players are supposed to visit the SEA discord server every 6'oclock to get the codes from a discord bot. However, sometimes the codes are invalid and people missed a 7 days worth of rewards due to this and it wasn't compensated at all heck no one even talked about it lmao, people just let it go like nothing wth. I got fed up with this, deleted my and uninstalled the game once and for all, I hope the global players won't face such issues because this is horrible given the company is quite small yet they can't manage such "small" player base.

And btw, they do not offer refunds! If you spend on a wrong pack there's no goddamn refund is going to happen, please global players from United States sue this fckers if they decided to not do a "no refund" policy just like what they did on us in SEA.
